For those campaigns, organizations, businesses and startups that have legal and compliance needs, but not the ability or means to hire full-time in house counsel, RCo. offers, an in-house counsel billing alternative.  With a plan, you can retain RCo. for a set amount of hours each month, and you are guaranteed in-house service from outside counsel at affordable and predictable rates.

In 2012, Jeff stepped out of the "legal" world to further his interest in "disruptive, inevitable, efficient & sustainable" technology and processes through the founding of High Mountain Ventures, LLC ( High Mountain Ventures is a venture-builder and leader in launching and accelerating the work of progressive social and political entrepreneurs.
